Your Client Services Provider is assigned a limited number of properties to facilitate personal level of service to you, your family and your pets.

Our weekly, bi-weekly and monthly service insures that all our clients homes are taken care of properly, repaired promptly as needed, and always ready to receive them at a moments notice.

Our Pre-Arrival Services are individually tailored to the needs of out-of-town clients.

Imagine being met at the airport, escorted to a waiting limousine, having your luggage claimed on your behalf, and, then chauffered to your home as you enjoy your favorite refreshments.

Upon reaching your home, your holiday begins with your residence ready to receive you.  Soothing music and soft lighting entice you to enter, the fireplace or air conditioner surrounds you with a comfortable environ, your favorite flowers are lovingly displayed on the coffee table, and your favorite beverage is waiting to refresh and enliven you.

In the kitchen, you’ll discover the flatware, china and glassware has been freshly washed and the refrigerator and pantry contain the provisions you expressly desire.

In the baths, fresh towels and soap await, bed linens have been freshly laundered and a Godiva Chocolate sits enticingly upon your pillow.  Your home rivals the finest resort hotel on the planet.

Our Departure Services for Seasonal Properties are individually tailored to our clients’ needs.

These services are designed to free clients from all those last minute chores that make closing vacation days stressful and hectic.

Your Client Service Provider will strip and launder all bedding and store it inside the linen cabinet.

The refrigerator will be emptied, washed and deodorized, any soiled dishes washed and put away, all kitchen appliances will be tested for proper functioning, cleaned and unplugged when feasible.

Your home will be surveyed and wear or damage identified and reported so that repairs might be made during your absence.

Your luggage will be placed at the door and loaded into your limousine for the trip to the airport.

We will secure the house, lock all windows and doors, set thermostats to minimum settings, turn-on the alarm and resume the services that make, “Your Home Our Home”.

“Extra Assistance to Make Your Life Easier”

Our Extra Assistance Services are designed to make life easier for those who are challenged, partially disabled, senior clients, those who are ill or recuperating at home, and everybody who maybe just too busy to get everything they want accomplished by the end of the day.

Your Client Services Provider can arrange for hospital pick-up and transportation following a hospital stay–your home will be ready to receive you.  And, your kitchen will be stocked with everything you want and weekly meal preparation can also be arranged if the client wishes.

No matter what the circumstance, our Client Service Providers will assist those who need help performing everyday chores that make independent living possible.

Help with meal preparation, grocery shopping, dry cleaning pick-up and delivery, transportation to doctors appointments, and pet care are all but a few of the many, many services we are able to provide to make life easier for you or your loved ones.
